Well the New Year season brings the tsunami of smartphones in the smart phone market, many companies likes of Lenovo, Qiku, Meizu, Letv have launched their devices making the market very competitive. The leading Chinese brand Xiaomi also jumped in the market in this new season with Redmi 3 launched on this Thursday 3rd march.
This time the Note 3 comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 chipset instead of Mediatek. The all new hexa core configuration with four cores clocked at 1.2 GHz and two cores clocked at 1.8 GHz. the company confirmed the news in a Weibo post. the complete phone and its price is going to be revealed 3rd March 2016. Tt also has a all metal body and sports Finger Print sensor at the back.
Processor and Memory
The note 3 packed with hexa core Snapdragon 650 processor (four cores clocked at 1.2 GHz and two cores clocked at 1.8 GHz). The phone is released with two variants, 3 GB/32 GB and 2 GB/16 GB. The company has not disclosed the price of 3 GB RAM and 32 GB. The lower variant is priced 9999/- and higher variant is priced 11999/- . The phone is available in Dark Grey, Champagne Gold and Silver colours . There is no news when the phone is available in India.
Display and Camera
It has vibrant 5.5” full HD display with a resolution of 1080 by 1920 pixels IPS display and provides 178 degree wide viewing angle. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 has a 16-megapixel rear camera with phase detection auto focus (PDAF) and dual-tone flash. For selfie lovers it has a 5 MP front camera which takes very beautiful selfies.
Operating system and Battery
It runs MIUI 7 on top of Android Lollipop. The MIUI 7 has got very beautiful interface which gives you the experience of using iPhone. The 4000mAh battery gives a good power back up with Fast charging which charges 50% within one Hour.
Dimension and Connectivity
It measures 150 x 76 x 8.65 (length*breadth*height in mm) and weighs 164 grams. It supports dual 4G sims and the handset supports 4G LTE, Bluetooth, 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, GPS, Glonass, Wi-Fi, and Micro-USB.
